In a quick update to the October 22 patch notes, ArenaNet fixed a few loopholes regarding Devil Horns, which are free for the entirety of the Shadow of the Mad King Halloween event. The town clothes hat can no longer be put into the Mystic Forge and, after a brief disappearance, can now be acquired again for free via the Gem Store at around 10am PDT. Grab ‘em while you can!
The issue where ghosts were literally invisible during the first stage of the Scavenger Hunt in Lion’s Arch has been fixed, as well as the literally nightmarish bug where infinitely spawning Halloween creatures spewed forth from the Haunted Doors. Outside of the Halloween fixes, a couple of crash solutions were also implemented, including one for World vs. World and one when resurrecting a Mesmer clone created with the Deception skill.
